And since then the order is on "Preparing Shipment" and no tracking have ever been sent to me. I tried to contact you with my main e-mails but your server seem to always refuse it. I also left multiple messages on your web board forums and no one is answering me. I went to your facebook and instagram and left message there as well, and no one is answering me.

Can someone give me an update on my products? The products I have ordered are missing.
Please reply me as soon as possible or I will have to report it to my credit card company and consumer protection.
